We’re not entirely sure what’s going on here, but we’re loving it. Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk appeared to be shipwrecked during a PDA-filled beach day on Italy’s Amalfi Coast during a romantic getaway on Monday, Aug. 10.

Wearing color-coordinated orange swimsuits, the couple, who first stepped out together this past April, couldn’t keep their hands off each other while soaking up the sun.

After making out on their (also orange!) lounge chairs and swimming in the ocean, the American Sniper hunk, 40, crawled on his hands and knees to join the Russian supermodel, 29, on an uncomfortable-looking rocky beach to make out. At one point during the bizarre outing Shayk jokingly put a goggle-clad Cooper in a chokehold.

Cooper began dating the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover girl following his March 2015 breakup from another model, Suki Waterhouse. A source told Us at the time that Waterhouse, 23, and the Oscar nominee split after two years together due to their conflicting schedules.

Shayk, who dated soccer stud Cristiano Ronaldo for five years before their January 2015 split, has known Cooper for some time, a source previously told Us.
