The model and cookbook author, 33, tweeted about her weight on Saturday, March 30, after posting about her food fest the previous day, which included donuts, ice cream, Korean barbecue and a meatball sub.

“‘how do you eat like this??’ – basically I am 20 pounds heavier than I was before miles,” the Lip Sync Battle host wrote. “He’s 10 months old, I never lost the last bit because I just love food too much. Just coming to terms with my new normal, when I had this certain number for so long!”

“The thinnest I’ve ever been was right after Luna. Postpartum depression,” she added, referencing her eldest child with husband John Legend. “I’LL TAKE THESE POUNDS AND THIS FEELING!”

Fans responded positively to her posts, with one commenting, “You’re amazing. And honest. Please never change that.”

Another referenced her own battle with postpartum depression, writing, “I dropped my pregnancy weight super fast due to PPD too. People would say I looked great., and I’d be all: ‘Yep…a lack of appetite due to anxiety will do that to ya!’”

When a follower posted a gif of a person with a tattoo reading “no ragrets [sic]” Teigen responded, “NONE.”

The Cravings: Hungry for More author — who has been open about her struggle with the baby blues after Luna was born in 2016 — spoke about loving her post-baby body in an interview with Good Housekeeping in January.

“I think, in a way, we’ve forgotten what a regular body looks like,” she said. “There are people out there who are struggling, and I’m struggling, and it’s OK to come to terms with realizing it’s going to be a bit of a journey. I’m not blind: I see my body, I see the difference in shape, I see that I gained weight. But I also see with those same eyes that I have a beautiful baby boy, and an amazing little girl, and I am very happy.”
