There’s a reason she was dubbed “The Body”! Elle Macpherson showed off her insane beach figure during a recent photo shoot for The Super Elixir in the Bahamas.
Wearing a bevy of bikinis and a low-cut one piece, the supermodel showcased her legs for days while attempting her best Baywatch beach run.
Macpherson credits her green supplement concoction, The Super Elixir, for helping her stay in shape and for keeping her body alkaline. The 51-year-old is so dedicated to maintaining her alkaline levels that she travels with a pH balance tester.
“The most surprising thing in my handbag is a pH balance urine tester kit to check that I’m in an alkaline state. I believe that most ailments come from having an acidic body,” she told the Evening Standard.
“Variation is key,” she added of her workouts. “I work out 45 minutes a day, six days a week, combining hiking, water skiing, swimming and running on a beach.” As for her diet, Macpherson said that “red meat, wheat, and dairy don’t work for me.”
Macpherson also launched The Super Elixir Nourishing Protein, a plant-based protein powder containing all nine essential amino acids like those found in red meat, eggs, chicken and fish. “A great fast track to a breakfast smoothie, I blend Nourishing Protein with almond or rice milk,” the supermodel dished in a press release. “Plus fresh fruit and ice, and I’m out the door!”
