Bouncin’ back after baby! Evelyn Lozada has lost a whopping 30 pounds since giving birth to her son Carl Leo Crawford on March 22. The Basketball Wives star told ABC News on Wednesday, May 14, that she has 12 more pounds before rebounding to her pre-pregnancy weight.
“I’m proud of where I’m at so far,” Lozada, 38, told ABC News. “My body feels like it’s almost back to normal.”
Since welcoming baby Carl seven weeks ago with her fiance, baseball slugger Carl Crawford, Lozada has been focused on getting her hot body back. The star has been eating natural and taking weight loss supplement YouthH2O, for which she’s a spokesperson.
“I also work out three to four times a week,” Lozada said, admitting that she exercises to her own work out videos. “I have been sleep deprived lately and going to the gym can be hectic when you have no time in your schedule. But, on the days that I do have a moment, I do a ton of cardio, weight training—which I love—and hiking.”
The reality star added to the news outlet that her clean diet consists of oatmeal or egg whites for breakfast. For lunch, she eats fish and veggies, largely sweet potato. Lozada supplements her meals with protein shakes.
She’s also loving mommyhood. Lozada posted a sweet snapshot of her baby son’s foot via Instagram last week. “Guess who is ready to see the world soon,” the proud star wrote.
