In the fitness mag, the 32-year-old daughter of mogul Donald Trump credits her personal trainer, former Rockette Rhonda Malkin, for getting her body back in shape — and, on her own spare time, she replies on fitness apps. "We try to work out a few times a week," she shares of working with Rhonda.
Her fave fitness apps? "I especially love the abs workouts … If I'm feeling motivated after I put the kids to sleep, I'll choose one and do a little something before bed," she shares.
And it was her two little ones who helped motivate her to get healthy. The former model credits her children for getting her back on track, telling the mag she used to eat "like a teenager" but than began to think about nutrition differently after her first pregnancy with daughter Arabella, now 2-years-old.
Trump tells the mag she began incorporating more lean protein, like chicken and salmon and "slowly … started to enjoy, if not crave, these healthier options."
