Despite having one of the most desirable bodies in Hollywood, Jessica Biel admits she has trouble sticking to her diet and workout routine.
"I'm not a perfect person who doesn't mess up, eat bad, not work out — I do all those things," Biel, 28, tells August's issue of Glamour UK. "It's just for the most part, when I'm working, I don't feel like I have the choice. I have to bring my A-game."
But that doesn't mean the A-Team actress doesn't indulge in junk food every once in awhile.
"I do like potato chips, French fries and Barney's burgers in L.A. with seasoned curly fries," she tells the mag. "Turkey chili is good, but it will give you terrible farts!"
And because the Valentine's Day star allows herself to stray from a strict diet of quinoa and vegetables, she makes sure to log serious time in the gym.
"I have an amazing trainer, Jason Walsh, who I work with two or three times a week. We do lots of circuit and strength training, especially for my legs and my back, because it's quite weak from years of gymnastics," Biel says. "I concentrate on making everything strong, and you can't do that with just cardio. I strength-train one day — and I'm not talking heavy weights, just a little. I see my trainer one day, next day I take a yoga class, or cook. I'm not someone who just opens a pantry and rustles something up."
Diet and fitness aside, Biel continues to clam up when asked about her three-year romance with Justin Timberlake.
"No one talks to you about this when you're a kid and you want to be in the movies," Biel complains. "No one says, 'Hey, guess what: this is going to happen to you. Are you prepared?' But it is what it is."
