Khloe Kardashian Flexes Her Booty During Intense Squat, Workout Session: See Just How Much Weight She’s Pumping!

It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it!  

Khloe Kardashian gave her Instagram followers a sneak peek into her grueling exercise routine via Instagram on Saturday, April 4. Dressed in a gray T-shirt, tight black pants, and neon orange sneakers, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 30, geared up for an intense gym session.

“Squat! Squat! Squat!!!” Kardashian captioned the pic, which featured her lifting a barbell stacked with two 25-pound weights.

The reality star has been a longtime advocate for butt and thigh-firming exercise, crediting the move for giving her a toned caboose. In September 2014, Kardashian shared another snap from the gym in the middle of a squat session. “Squat! Because no one ever wrote a song about a small ass right @gunnarfitness???” she captioned the shot, calling out celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson.  

The fruits of her labor were displayed on Easter Sunday as she attended church with her sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and her mom Kris Jenner.

Like most of the family who stuck to a white dress code, Kardashian wore a white pencil skirt that highlighted her curvy figure with a white top and a matching shrug sweater.
