Kylie Jenner Credits Her New Shapely Body to Sister Kourtney Kardashian’s Health Kick and Cutting Out Dairy

Kylie Jenner’s been putting her curves on full display this summer and has half-sister Kourtney Kardashian to thank for the confidence boost. The 18-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star told The New York Times that she recently slimmed down by joining Kardashian for sweat seasons and from cutting out specific food groups from her diet.

“My sister Kourtney had her third baby recently, and she is on a workout kick to get her body back,” the makeup maven dished. “She lives up the street, so I’ll join her for a trainer session sometimes. I also started going to this nutritionist because I was having a bad reaction to dairy. I feel like it made me gain a lot of weight. I’ve now cut out dairy, and it’s helping me get back in shape.”

Another diet secret of Tyga’s girlfriend’s? “Every time I get hungry for a snack during the day, I like to have Justin’s Almond Butter packets. It’s easy.”

The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan has also hopped aboard the waist training wagon that the women of the famous family are such big fans of.

“Just about to head out for a morning walk before my interviews and I love a little extra help. Thank you @premadonna87 and @waistgangsociety for my waist trainer I'm officially obsessed after seeing how bomb my sisters look,” the PacSun designer captioned a Tuesday, Sept. 8, mirror selfie in which she looks trim in a pair of Lorna Jane leggings and the waist slimming device. “It also helps with my posture :)."

As for Kourtney, the 36-year-old newly single mom of three has been working hard on her revenge body since splitting from Scott Disick in July. “Kourtney’s dedicated to getting in shape,” a source previously told Us Weekly, adding that she’s exercising portion control while sticking to an organic gluten-free diet and burning calories by jogging and practicing yoga. “She’s embracing being a sex symbol again!”
