“Also, I’m super awkward and not a natural athlete, but I’m committed to getting stronger for the long run,” she wrote over a video of her performing an impressive pull-up.

In January, Moore opened up about feeling like her family is complete.

“I’m at the OBGYN getting a check up … I am endlessly grateful for my beautiful family AND there’s a certain sadness knowing I’m done having babies and won’t be pregnant again,” she wrote in an Instagram Story. “Any other moms feel this way?”

In June, Moore detailed her struggles with in vitro fertilization (IVF) before getting pregnant with baby Louise.

“I had the extreme privilege of being able to get pregnant and carry both of my boys … so, I did a round of IVF and it was unsuccessful. We didn’t get any viable eggs, no embryos,” she shared on the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast. “So I was like, ‘This just settles that. If this is something that’s meant to be, it will happen naturally, otherwise I am so grateful and so happy with these two guys and our family will be complete.’”

But then the actress and singer got pregnant with her daughter.

“Lou just had to show up,” she said. “She showed up very, very surprisingly. We were not trying, but obviously we were open to it because of the IVF of it all.”

Before Lou came along, Moore admitted, “I was like, ‘OK, I am totally satisfied.’ I tried that and [I was] really grateful that I have my boys.”

Reflecting on her motherhood journey, she added, “I do feel lucky that … pregnancy was very easy for me. I didn’t suffer from any sort of postpartum symptoms and stuff. I feel like I had a relatively easy journey, all things considered.”
