Marky Mark’s still got it! Mark Wahlberg showed off his muscular physique in an Instagram video he recently shared.
The 46-year-old actor looked hotter than ever while going shirtless and sharing his post-workout supplements with his 7.6 million followers. He raved about the Performance Inspired Nutrition creatine and BCAAs that he takes after spending the morning in the gym.
“It’s off the charts. I’m down now to 6.9 percent body fat,” Wahlberg boasted while flexing his biceps in the mirror. “Normally, I’m putting on muscle then ripping down. We did the complete opposite this time. I got ripped, and then [I’ve] just been building up solid muscle.”
