The buff and the beautiful! Ryan Phillippe had no problem baring his hot body on the way out of a Hollywood gym on Tuesday, Jan. 13.
The actor, 40, showed off his muscular physique in a white tank and running shorts, stylishly adding black kicks and a matching Phillies cap to his athletic gear. Phillippe's defined arms were on full display and his calves were bulging following his workout.
The actor has achieved his ripped figure by consistently working with the same trainer, Happy Hill, for well over a decade. Hill revealed his client's coveted workout routine to Men's Health in 2009, saying the key was "variety, so he isn't bored."
"I like feeling strong," Phillippe told the fitness mag in the same cover story. "I want to throw my kids up in the air and wrestle them. Working out has become about functionality. I want my head clearer, I want to relieve the stress and I want to feel capable and strong."
The hunky father of three fulfilled his parental duties on Tuesday, sharing a sunrise photo on Instagram, straight from the carpool line. "Mornin drop off," wrote the Cruel Intentions star."#dadlife." (Phillippe shares two kids Ava, 15, and Deacon, 11, with his ex-wife Reese Witherspoon. He is also dad to 3-year-old daughter Kai, his youngest with ex-girlfriend Alexis Knapp.)
As for any new projects on the horizon? Fans will see Phillippe in the upcoming ABC drama Secrets & Lies, which debuts March 1.
