Influencer Samantha “Sam” Matthews is embracing her postpartum figure.
Samantha, 34, took to Instagram on Tuesday, August 31, to laugh about her “changing” body after she finished breastfeeding her third baby, Brooks, whom he welcomed in November 2025 with husband Dan Matthews. In the reel, she stepped into the camera frame while holding two slightly blown-up balloons in front of her chest.
“Before pregnancy,” she smiled while looking at Dan, who was cradling Brooks. She then stepped out and came back with slightly bigger balloons. “Pregnant,” she wrote.
Sam then laughed at the increase in her breast size “while breastfeeding” by holding two fully-blown balloons in front of her sweater. Finally, she came back with two deflated balloons.
“After breastfeeding (currently),” she wrote while frowning.
Dan then playfully pulled the balloons down to her waist, to which Sam laughed.
“Now that I’m done breastfeeding, we had to redo this but Dan did me dirty at the end 😳🙈🤣,” Sam captioned the post. “Oh the changes our bodies go through 🤣🤣.”
Sam and Dan are also the parents of son Canyon, 10, and daughter Ember, 8. In August, the couple shared that they are hoping to expand their family in the near-future.
“When the internet says your wife’s been pregnant too many times but here we are about to try for baby #4 (pregnancy #6),” they captioned a post of themselves dancing in their house. “Call us crazy, but we are excited 🤣🙈.”
Sam has been candid about being a surrogate for other families through the years.
“I had a strong desire to be pregnant again and birth another baby, but I knew I didn’t want more of my own. We live an adventurous lifestyle and we felt like 2 kids was manageable for us,” she wrote via her blog.
Sam discovered she was pregnant in summer of 2022, during her first surrogacy, and again in 2024.
