Taylor Swift isn't afraid to make the first move.
Before the Nashville resident, 21, hit an L.A. Kings NHL home game with Chord Overstreet, 22, she was introduced to the Glee star through his musician brother, Nash.
"Taylor reached out to Chord," the insider tells the new issue of Us Weekly of Swift, who recently scored her seventh No. 1 hit with "Back to December."
"After the event, Taylor and Chord grabbed a bite. He's into her," the insider says.
Adds another Swift source: "She's getting to know him. He's hot, young and single — and he's closer to her age than Jake Gyllenhaal [30]."
