There's nothing Beastly about Vanessa Hudgens' body!
The 22-year-old actress showed off her toned tummy while vacationing in Mexico with BFF (and former High School Musical costar) Ashley Tisdale on Saturday.
"Life is good!" Tisdale, 25, tweeted. "Beach, sun and my best girlfriends!"
How do the young actresses stay so trim? "I work out with a trainer six days a week," Tisdale recently told Us Weekly. "I'll do cardio for 30 minutes and then the other 30 minutes I'll do light weight training."
As for her diet, "I try to avoid carbs," the Hellcats star says. "I'm really strict with the whole protein and vegetables when I'm doing the show, but when '’m not working on the show and not wearing a sports bra I've been kind of letting carbs back into my life."
Hudgens also tries to away from carbs, but she does admit to having one vice: "Chocolate! Always chocolate," she tells Us. "Lindt makes an amazing chocolate with sea salt in it. I could live off of it!"
