Give your workout a much-needed boost with the right music. "Look for a powerful melody or bass sound that sticks in your brain and you feel like a heartbeat," Marc Santa Maria, Crunch National Group Fitness Director, tells Us Weekly. To get started on the right beat, Santa Maria crafted the ultimate gym playlist just for Us Weekly using hit songs from Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, and more. "There's a happy joyful vibe to these songs and yet there's a bad-ass, kick-booty vibe to them with a big underlying bass and a beat that makes you feel instantly powerful," he tells Us.
