Little Archie Arnett is 3 going on 35.
The adorable tot's famous mom, Amy Poehler, 40, appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman Tuesday, where she joked that Archie is "turning into a possessive husband."
"He knows when I'm going out if I'm dressed up or if I have shoes on. Like today, when I was dressed up to come here, he said, 'Where ya going?' I said, 'I'm going out,' and he said, 'With who?'"
"I said, 'I'm going to see some friends,'" Poehler told host David Letterman, 65. "I didn't want to tell him about you. I didn't want to confuse him."
Archie then said, "'Put on a coat,'" Poehler recalled. "'Don't do anything I wouldn't do.' I was like, 'What? Read? You're three!'"
Poehler — also mom to son Abel, 20 months, with husband Will Arnett — joked that her two boys are little "giants."
"I used to see new mothers walking around with their newborns in slings, buying organic coffee with their baby in their pocket," the Parks and Recreation star said. "My guys were like 25 pounds in a month. They're going to be as tall as me by the time they're in fifth grade."
