Baby on board … and social media! Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham’s unborn child already has its own Instagram account.
“Hi from the womb,” the bio for Baby Luyendyk reads. “See you guys soon!”
The couple posted the first photo to the page on Wednesday, November 14, shortly after Us Weekly broke the news that the pair are expecting their first child together.
“Hey world,” the picture that shows Burnham, 26, showing off her tiny baby bump in a cropped athletic tank top was captioned. “Turned 11 weeks old yesterday! I’m the size of a fig, imagine that! I have little arms, legs, and I no longer have webbed hands and feet. All my little organs are in place too. Mom is finally not feeling sick anymore, here’s a pic of her ❤️”
The real estate agent opened up to Us about the inkling she was expecting. “I kind of had a feeling that I might be pregnant. So my friend insisted on bringing a pregnancy test over,” she told Us, noting that she made the former race car driver read the results first. “Arie came out with the test in his hand and tears in his eyes. He was like, ‘You’re pregnant!’”
Luyendyk Jr., 37 — who came under fire after he proposed to Becca Kufrin on season 20 of The Bachelor just to end things after he realized he still had feelings for Burnham — also gushed about finding out his fiancee is pregnant.
“We weren’t trying, but we are so excited,” Luyendyk Jr. told Us. “It’s going to be a whole new chapter in our lives.”
Luyendyk Jr. and Burnham got engaged in March during the After the Final Rose special, and are set to tie the knot in January 2019.
