Barbara Palvin was every inch the doting mom as she celebrated her first birthday as a parent.
The model shared photos of herself cradling her daughter Sylvie, whom she shares with husband Dylan Sprouse, via Instagram on Friday, October 9.
Palvin, who turned 33 one day prior, had an earthy aesthetic while being surrounded by nature in the image. She captioned the post, “Becoming an adult in middle-earth 🥔.”
After Palvin and Sprouse, 34, welcomed their daughter last month, the Suite Life of Zack & Cody alum shared her name on his “Wildmen” podcast, which he cohosts with his friend Brendan Columbus.
“It’s been almost two weeks now since she’s been out,” Sprouse shared during the September 29 episode. “She’s very lovely. Her name is Sylvie. Baby Sylvie. Sylvie Sprouse. She is a very well-behaved baby.”
The actor added that he and his wife felt “really blessed” to have a “safe and healthy delivery.”
“Baby Sylvie came out 7.8 pounds. Big baby. Apparently, the doctor said she was long,” Spouse said, joking that she didn’t look like him. “She is completely healthy. Cried the second she was born, which is good, and was a chubby, little cutie pie.”
Sprouse and Palvin announced their daughter’s birth via Instagram on September 28. The announcement featured a photo of the three family members wearing Los Angeles Dodgers jerseys while watching a game on TV. “We took Labor Day literally this year 👼🏻,” the caption read.
The couple have been together since 2018, and tied the knot five years later in front of friends and family.
“All the people we love and care for were there,” Palvin told Vogue in July 2023 of their intimate nuptials held in her native Hungary. “We all cried a little. The weather was perfect with a little cool breeze. It was a beautiful moment that we will never forget.”
In August 2025, Sprouse exclusively spoke about the secrets behind their happy relationship with Us.
“In general, [marriage has] taught me a lot of patience and communication. Obviously that’s the cliché, is that people say communication is key, but it really is,” the actor told Us. “It’s also just understanding you’re both human and you both do things. For most people’s lives, until they’re in a really serious relationship, they’re used to being in survival mode, which is, ‘How do I survive independently and live?’”
He added, “When you are in a committed relationship and you’re married, you have to rewire yourself to be like, ‘Oh, I’m fighting for two people. And everything I think of now is what we do together.”
