Three's (great) company! Bobby Brown's wife, Alicia Etheredge, is pregnant and expecting the couple's third child, the New Edition singer's attorney confirms to Us Weekly.
The news, first reported by the New York Daily News, comes amid a tumultuous year for the pair, who welcomed their second child, daughter Bodhi, just seven months ago. The same month that Brown welcomed baby Bodhi, his daughter with the late Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina, died at age 22.
Six months after being found facedown and unconscious in a bathtub at her home in the Atlanta area, Bobbi Kristina passed away on July 26. The investigation surrounding her cause of death is still ongoing.
In an emotional interview with The Real last September, Brown opened up about losing Bobbi Kristina. “I’m pretty sure her mother [Houston]… had a part with like, ‘Come on, let’s get her up here,’ in the best way possible,” he said. “She was not comfortable by herself, I guess, and she just called my daughter with her.”
Brown and Etheredge are also parents to a son, Cassius, 6. The crooner also has three other children from previous relationships. He will release his memoir, My Prerogative, in June 2016.
