The Nickelodeon alum, 27, shared the sweet snap on Friday, June 15, simply writing, “♥️FAMILY♥️,” on Instagram.

The clan got together to celebrate Jamie Lynn’s daughter Maddie, who turns 10 on Tuesday, June 19. She welcomed her second child, a baby girl named Ivey, with her husband Jamie Watson on April 12. (Jamie Lynn shares Maddie with ex-fiancé Casey Aldridge.)

Britney, 36, was all smiles in the photo with her two sons, Sean Preston, 12, and Jayden James, 11, whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Bryan’s daughter Sophia, whom he shares with wife Graciella Sanchez, was also in the pic.

The family get-together comes amid the Grammy winner’s child support battle with Federline. A source exclusively confirmed to Us Weekly on June 7 that Britney was served with a subpoena to sit for a deposition to “discuss her personal finances” with her ex.

“Her lawyer, Laura Wasser, accepted the subpoena on Britney’s behalf,” the source told Us. “The subpoena also included financial discovery, including Britney’s most recent tax returns, and a completed income and expense declaration.”

Federline, who was married to the “Toxic” singer from 2004 to 2007, filed to increase child support payments on May 22. His celebrity divorce attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, exclusively told Us at the time that his client deserves “at least three times” more than the $20,000 a month he currently receives.

The DJ, who has four other children from a previous relationship and his current marriage, claimed in court docs that he makes “approximately $3,000 per month,” which is reportedly less than one percent of Britney’s annual earnings. A source close to the pop icon, meanwhile, told Us that there’s “nothing that Kevin has to pay for.”

“Nothing has changed in the care Britney has given the kids and Kevin has acknowledged what a great mom she is,” the source told Us. “Lost in all of this is the kids, they are the ones caught in the middle.”
