Carrie Underwood Gushes Over Son Isaiah: “He Rarely Cries” – Watch!

So cute! Carrie Underwood gushed over her infant son, Isaiah, and revealed that he never cries on the Tuesday, Oct. 27 episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

“He’s the sweetest and smiliest baby, I think, ever,” the country superstar, 32, exclaimed. “So, that’s a blessing when you’re waking up at three o’clock in the morning. When he’s smiling at you, that makes it not so bad. He rarely cries.”

“He kind of whines,” she said. “It’s not ever a full-on cry. It’s getting a lot better. A few nights a week he’ll give us all night long.”

The American Idol winner also opened up about her husband and Isaiah’s dad, hockey hunk Mike Fisher.

“He’s great,” Underwood said. “I think we’re both really good at picking up the slack when the other is super busy. So when he has a game the next day, hockey game, yeah, I’m the one getting up.”
