“My own kid just called me ‘Carefree Underwear,’” the American Idol alum, 36, wrote. “This is basically elementary school all over again.”

The Bachelor’s Colton Underwood chimed in, “Try ‘Cotton Underwear’ – elementary school was a rough time for me.” To which Carrie replied: “Glad to know I’m not in this alone.”

Former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe, for her part, tweeted: “Try Kaitlyn No-breastowes.” Meanwhile, Colton Haynes wrote, “I always got called ‘Cotton Hanes.’”

One follower quipped: “My last name is Dyer! My name gets mistaken for Dryer so much that I got a dryer tattoo… lol.” Another added: “When I was in school they called me Notebook or Not-a-broccoli (my last name is Nottebrock) and I thought THAT was traumatizing … I feel lucky.”

Carrie’s newly minted nickname isn’t the only funny motherhood challenge she dealt with on Sunday. The “Cry Pretty” songstress also publicly thanked a stranger who offered a sweet gesture as she made a “rookie” parenting move while dining out with 2-month-old son Jacob.

“Thanks to the nice lady who offered to buy me a drink at lunch today after I carried my naked, poo covered, screaming baby up the stairs and back to my table,” she wrote. “It was a rookie mistake leaving the diaper bag at the table and only taking a diaper and 2 wipes. Never again.”

The mom of two gushed over her husband, Mike Fisher, on Twitter the day prior.

“I wanna publicly thank the hubs for taking the kiddos and letting this tired mama sleep a couple extra hours this morning,” Carrie wrote of the 38-year-old former hockey player. “If any of you fellas out there could do this every once-in-a-while for your ladies, lemme tell you, it makes all the difference in the world!”
