No denying that these two are related! Teen Mom OG star Catelynn Lowell is eating up motherhood after welcoming her second daughter Novalee Reign on New Year’s Day.
Along with her now-fiance, Tyler Baltierra, the 22-year-old made the tough decision to place her first daughter Carly up for adoption back in 2009. But that doesn’t mean the little girl isn’t still in her heart.
With the upcoming premiere of Teen Mom OG on Monday, March 23 just around the corner, Lowell and her fiance have been sharing more and more photos of their newborn daughter on social media. One shot in particular was especially precious.
On Thursday, March 19, Lowell posted a side-by-side comparison of Carly as a baby and Novalee.
“This is a crazy picture they look so much alike its nutts! Love my children soooo much you BOTH are my world!” she captioned the image.
The reality star also took to Twitter on Saturday, March 21, to clarify rumors that there was any beef between her and Carly’s adopted parents, who have occasionally appeared on the MTV show.
“All the crap of ppl saying that Carlys parents are taking away communication from ty and I are all lies! Don’t always believe what u read!” she wrote.
For now, the couple’s focus remains solely on their baby daughter.
“Cant wait to get home and kiss this little face!! I miss her SO much!” Lowell captioned one adorable close-up of her little one. She also posted a shot with Baltierra, writing, “She loves her daddy so much! This little girl has got him wrapped.around her tiny finger and shes only 2 monyhs old… i love you both so much! I couldnt ask for a better daddy for Nova.”
