Evan Rachel Wood's pregnancy has been indescribably exciting so far, the A Case of You actress told Us Weekly at the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of the comedy on Sunday, Apr. 21. But one way to put it, she said, is in film terms.

"I keep explaining it like it's going from standard to wide screen," the pregnant star said. "You view the world totally differently and you're much more aware of people and things. Your senses just kind of go crazy — it's a lot."

The 25-year-old actress first confirmed her pregnancy with her husband, British actor Jamie Bell, back in January. "The couple is thrilled," a rep for the pair told Us at the time.

Now that she's "finally popped," she's learned to embrace all the exciting developments of her first-time pregnancy, she told Us, regardless of how mundane.

"You know, I've been very tired but otherwise fine," she said. "Pickled onions, though. I was craving those."

Wood added that she's been doing prenatal yoga and walking "five times a day" in order to stay in shape throughout the pregnancy, which she called "a whirlwind roller coaster." "It's been amazing," she told Us. "It's not easy, but it's incredible."

One of the biggest changes she's undergone, in fact, has been a change in wardrobe.

"Pants are just out the window," she said with a laugh. "I got all these maternity pants and I was just like, 'No.' So it's dresses, which are kind of different for me. Pants are gone."
