Motherhood suits her! Khloé Kardashian is still adjusting to life with a baby, but she has come into her own.
“Motherhood has changed her in a way, but Khloé has always been very maternal towards her younger sisters, so in some ways, this was just more of who she has always been,” a source tells Us Weekly exclusively. “Motherhood has only enhanced what a truly amazing young woman Khloé is. It has definitely made her much more patient, because there is nothing like having a baby that sleeps on their own schedule to completely rearrange your life.”
“Khloé has always put family first, but having True has only solidified that for her,” the insider continues. “Khloé’s schedule revolves around True, and [she] doesn’t want to miss a moment with her when she is awake.”
There is still a learning curve when it comes to balancing Kardashian’s routine with 2-month-old True’s schedule. “Prioritizing and managing her time while True is sleeping is something Khloe is learning to handle, just like all new moms,” the source adds. “She does try and get some sleep while True naps, or does her workouts.”
The insider explains that the 34-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s home life has not changed much since her daughter’s arrival: “She is very much a homebody, and always has been, but definitely is nesting more with Tristan and True. She is just glowing, and motherhood certainly agrees with her.”
Kardashian welcomed her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 27, in April, just days after news broke that the NBA player was unfaithful to the reality star with multiple women while she was pregnant.
An insider told Us earlier this week that the couple have worked past his cheating scandal: “Khloé and Tristan have completely put all their problems behind them and are happy.”
The source added, “There has been a lot of co-mingling since they’ve been home with the sisters and Kris [Jenner]. Everything is going fine. Everyone has finally accepted that Tristan is a part of their lives. It’s been drama-free, shockingly.”
