Jamie Foxx and girlfriend Alyce Huckstepp have welcomed their first baby together, Us has learned.
While this is Huckstepp’s first child, Foxx, 58, is already a dad to daughter Corinne, 32, with ex Connie Kline and daughter Anelise, 18, with Kristin Grannis.
Us confirmed in May that the Back in Action star and his girlfriend were expecting a child.
Foxx opened up about becoming a dad for the third time in August.
“Being my age, I was a little on the fence,” he admitted to E! News, revealing that his perspective changed after he spoke to Al Pacino, who welcomed a baby in 2023 at age 83. (Pacino, now 86, shares son Roman, 3, with Noor Alfallah, as well as daughter Julie, 37, with ex Jan Tarrant and twins Anton and Olivia, 25, with ex Beverly D’Angelo.)
“I ran into Al Pacino a few months ago. I said, ‘Al, you gonna be back in the drop-off line?’” Foxx recalled. “I said, ‘Aw man, shoot, I’m good.’”
Foxx and Huckstepp, 31, were initially linked in 2022 and briefly split in January 2025 before reconciling later in the year.
Huckstepp was at Foxx’s side in 2023 when the comedian was hospitalized for an undisclosed “medical condition.” In April that year, Foxx’s eldest daughter revealed that he had “experienced a medical complication” while filming the Netflix movie Back in Action.
Though the details surrounding Foxx’s medical condition were kept under wraps for months, the Django Unchained star cleared up some rumors in July 2023.
“You know, by being quiet, sometimes things get out of hand, people saying what I got [and] some people said I was blind, but as you can see the eyes are working,” he said in an Instagram video at the time. “The eyes are working just fine!”
He continued, “They said I was paralyzed, I’m not paralyzed, but I went to hell and back, and my road to recovery had some potholes as well. I’m coming back and I’m able to work.”
Foxx later opened up more about his health scare, revealing that he had suffered a brain bleed that caused a stroke. He detailed his experience in his 2024 Netflix comedy special, Jamie Foxx: What Had Happened Was.
“April 11, I was having a bad headache, and I asked my boy for an aspirin. I realized quickly that when you’re in a medical emergency, your boys don’t know what the f*** to do,” he recalled. “Before I could get the aspirin [clicks his fingers] I went out. I don’t remember 20 days.”
