A total girl boss! Jessica Simpson shared a new photo via Instagram of her adorable, look-alike daughter, Maxwell Drew Johnson, mimicking her mom’s signature duck-face expression on Monday, Nov. 2.
In the sweet snap, 3-year-old Maxi is strapped into her Britax car seat — but that doesn’t stop her from being a boss. The little one gives the camera a confident stare-down as she puckers her lips into a pout and clutches a Perrier can in her hand.
“First day of Pre-K,” Simpson, 35, captioned the hilarious snap. “#Bosslady #maxidrew.”
In her “25 Things You Don’t Know About Me” with Us Weekly this past September, the fashion mogul shared some additional details about life at home with her family. Simpson married her husband, Eric Johnson, last June, and the couple share two kids, Maxi and Ace Knute, 2.
“I make my kids dinner almost every night,” Simpson told Us in one bullet point, while she added in another: “I never watched animated movies until I had kids.”
The singer-songwriter, who frequently posts photos of her kids via social media, also told Us in her 25 Things that while she’s moved nearly two dozen times in her life, at the end of the day, she will “still [be] a homebody.”
