Jill Duggar Shares Baby Bump Picture 35 Weeks Into Pregnancy

Baby Dilly is almost ready to make his debut! With one month left in her pregnancy, first-time mom-to-be Jill Duggar and her family couldn't be more excited about the little guy's impending arrival. "Almost here!" Duggar's proud family posted on the 19 Kids and Counting brood’s Facebook page, along with a photo of the beaming mama holding an easel proclaiming her 35th week of pregnancy.

Stocking up on baby items at a Feb. 12 shower thrown by her husband Derick Dillard’s coworkers, Duggar is taking time during her last weeks of pregnancy to bond with Dillard before they become a family of three. To celebrate Valentine's Day, the couple munched on Life Savers gummies, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and muffins during a low-key date night at their home. On their first Valentine’s Day as a married couple, the pair sipped sparkling apple cider and read bible passages by candlelight.

"Every day I thank God for my valentine! He is so caring, self-sacrificing, loving, Godly, sensitive, compassionate, passionate, humble, brave, strong, steady, fun, sweet…and on and on I could go!" Dillard’s happy wife posted on Instagram after Dillard shared a photo from their Feb. 14 celebration.

As they await the birth of their son, the couple are reminiscing about another relationship milestone that they're marking this month. "One year ago today, I asked Jim Bob for Jill’s hand in marriage," Dillard posted in a Feb. 18 Instagram message under the heading "Dillard relationship history." In a nod to the strict courtship he and his wife endured prior to marriage (they shared their first kiss on their wedding day!) Dillard posted a photo along with the hashtag #sidehug.
