Putting in the work! Kim Kardashian has been staying productive while on maternity leave.
“Studying today while the babe is sleeping,” the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 38, wrote on her Wednesday, March 15, Instagram Story. This was followed by a screenshot of, “Today’s question.”
The KKW Beauty creator, who welcomed her fourth child on May 9, opened up about her decision to pursue a career in the legal industry last month.
“Last year I registered with the California State Bar to study law,” the reality star wrote on Instagram at the time. “For the next 4 years, a minimum of 18 hours a week is required, I will take written and multiple choice tests monthly.”
The Selfish author added: “For anyone assuming this is the easy way out, it’s not. My weekends are spent away from my kids while I read and study. I work all day, put my kids to bed and spend my nights studying. There are times I feel overwhelmed and when I feel like I can’t do it, but I get the pep talks I need from the people around me supporting me. I changed my number last year and disconnected from everyone because I have made this strict commitment to follow a dream of mine — it’s never too late to follow your dreams.”
The E! personality and her husband, Kanye West, who have yet to reveal the name of their fourth child, are already parents of North, 5, Saint, 3, and Chicago, 15 months.
But Kardashian hasn’t just spent her maternity leave with her nose in the books since her second son arrived via surrogate. The makeup mogul and North shared their own music video for Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus’ “Old Town Road” on Tuesday, May 14.
