Wayne’s going to be a grandpa! Paulina Gretzky, the daughter of retired hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, is pregnant! The model confirmed the news that she’s expecting her first child with pro golfer fiance Dustin Johnson via Instagram on Tuesday, Sept. 23.
“@djohnsonpga & i are so excited to finally share with you all our amazing news..we’re having a baby!!” Gretzky, 25, captioned a picture of herself, as she showed off her growing baby bump poolside.
The baby joy is much-needed good news for Johnson, 30, who was suspended from this year’s PGA Tour last month after testing positive for cocaine.
“I will use this time to seek professional help for personal challenges I have faced,” he said in a statement via Golf.com at the time. “By committing the time and resources necessary to improve my mental health, physical well-being and emotional foundation, I am confident that I will be better equipped to fulfill my potential and become a consistent champion.”
The parents-to-be began dating in early 2013 before Johnson popped the question in August of that year.
