Khloé Kardashian is embracing every aspect of her first pregnancy but there is one thing that she’s a little nervous about — whether her belly button will become an outie as her baby bump grows.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 33, who’s expecting her first child with NBA player boyfriend Tristan Thompson, took to Snapchat on Sunday, January 7, to share her concerns.
Showing her followers some Bump Bows, which can help smooth a popped-out belly button, that she received as part of a Stork Bag, the Good American designer said, “I have such a phobia with belly buttons, and I know when you’re really pregnant your innie becomes an outie.”
Getting flustered, she continued, “Oh, my god, I can’t even think about that. I’m so grossed out by that. Ew.”
The reality star, who is six months pregnant with a baby boy, added, “I’m so freaked out that’s going to happen to me. I’m assuming everyone’s belly button does that, I don’t know. I wonder if mine has to. Does it have to become an outie? Holy cow.”
She later took to Twitter with a follow-up message after fans reassured her that wasn’t the case, many of them sharing pics of their own baby bumps.

Kardashian dished about her pregnancy during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Thursday, January 4, and revealed who will be with her in the delivery room when she gives birth in Ohio, where her Cleveland Cavaliers player boyfriend is based.
Her mom, Kris Jenner is a definite, the Strong Looks Better Naked author told Jimmy Kimmel, but she wasn’t ruling out the possibility that sisters Kourtney and Kim Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner would also be on hand. “You know, I think I have to talk to Tristan about this. I know it’s overwhelming,” she said, before adding that it would really come down to, “whoever won’t annoy me … whoever’s gonna be the calmest.”
