A Cleveland baby! Khloé Kardashian has revealed that she will be giving birth to her first child in Ohio.
The Revenge Body star was promoting the second season of her E! show on Jimmy Kimmel Live! when she revealed the news. “In Cleveland!” she said on Thursday, January 4.
Us Weekly first broke the news that she is expecting her first child with NBA star Tristan Thompson in September. The following month Us confirmed that she’s having a baby boy.
The late-night host asked if the Cleveland Cavaliers player, 26, would be willing to miss a game the day she gives birth.
“Well, I don’t know when I’m having the baby yet. It just happens from what I hear,” she replied. “I kind of assumed that was just known. Hell no! He has to be there.”
Kimmel also asked if Ryan Seacrest, who is the executive producer for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, was the first person she called with the news. “He’s my second call,” Kardashian quipped. “First, it was Tristan. He kept saying, ‘You’re pregnant!’ and I was like, ‘Be quiet, I’m not pregnant.’ I was nauseous, not feeling well. And then he had to leave the country and I took a pregnancy test, I was like, screaming.”
The Good American designer said her assistant Alexa Okyle was the one who bought her the test to avoid anyone seeing the reality star at a drug store. “I had my trusty assistant Alexa do it,” she said. “So it was Alexa, my assistant, Tristan and I, we were the only ones that knew for a few weeks until I was able to tell my family.”
The KUWTK crew was also in the know before the rest of the famous family, but she’s looking forward to her relatives seeing what really went down when the show airs. “He [Thompson] was out of the country and we wanted to tell everyone together,” she said. “It’s actually all caught on Keeping Up, which I’m excited about because they get to see all the stuff I was going through without them knowing.”
The 33-year-old shared that her older sisters have been giving her some unwanted advice, especially her eldest sister, Kourtney Kardashian. “Kourtney gives a lot of advice, I think it’s so sweet but I don’t want to do some of that stuff,” she said. “Let me experience things. It’s either her way or no way. We’ve been fighting a lot lately, we never fight.”
The 38-year-old shares three kids — Mason, 8, Penelope, 5, Reign, 3, — with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their third child, a baby girl, via surrogate and Kylie Jenner is also pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott.
