Kristen Bell opened up about her pregnancy for the first time Nov. 6 while tweeting about President Barack Obama's presidential victory.
"Obama won the election and I am getting fatter by the day," the Heroes alum told her nearly 850,000 Twitter followers. "America has never been luckier."
Luckily for Bell, her state of birth — and Republican contender Mitt Romney's! — voted in favor of Obama's re-election. "Dear Michigan, I am so proud of you," the House of Lies actress tweeted.

It's been a banner week for Bell and her fiance, Dax Shepard, who confirmed on Nov. 5 that they will welcome their first child this spring. Though the couple has vowed not to get married until same-sex marriage is legal in California, where they currently reside, a source recently told Us Weekly that the Hit and Run costars "are so cute and in love. They are the real deal."
A second insider echoed that Bell, 32, and Shepard, 37, "are the cutest couple. They are so in love and completely committed to each other, no question. One of those relationships you're jealous of."
Bell and Shepard began dating in 2007 and got engaged two years later.
