Will Brad Pitt defend her honor?

Angelina Jolie was the butt of a very public joke at Sunday's Academy Awards ceremony — all for the oh-so-sexy, leg-flashing stance she took presenting the night's two awards for Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Screenplay.

After host Billy Crystal introduced her as "the original girl with the Dragon Tattoo," the In the Land of Blood of Honey director, 36, strutted onstage in her thigh-high Atelier Versace dress. When parking herself at the microphone, Jolie (looking noticeably thin) dramatically splayed out her right leg and put her hand on her hip.

The overly vampy gesture was not lost on Jim Rash, who accepted the Best Adapted Screenplay Oscar for The Descendants with co-writers Nat Faxon and Alexander Payne (also the flick's director). Rash (who also stars on NBC's Community) quickly put his Oscar on his hip and mocked Jolie's sultry stance.
