Dad and daughter, together again! Ashley Olsen reunited with her Full House castmate Bob Saget at the “Stand Up” for Scleroderma Research event in NYC on Tuesday, Dec. 2.
Olsen, 28, looked stylish in black skinny jeans, a sheer cream button-down silk chemise, and pumps. Saget, 58, who hosted the benefit, dressed in a more formal suit for the special occasion. The two affectionately embraced on the red carpet, where they happily posed together on the step and repeat.
The former child star and her twin sister Mary-Kate launched their Hollywood careers at age 1 on the beloved ’90s sitcom, where they both played Michelle Tanner, the lovable youngest daughter of Saget’s character, Danny.
Since the ABC sitcom went off the air in 1995, the Full House stars have remained close. Olsen’s latest reunion with Saget comes nearly five months after members of the cast reunited for Dave Coulier‘s wedding in Montana this past July. Though the twins were not present for his nuptials to Melissa Bring, Candace Cameron Bure (DJ Tanner), Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler), John Stamos (Uncle Jesse), Saget, and even show creator Jeff Franklin were there to support their friend.
“We’re always together, so it’s not a new thing for us,” Bure told Us Weekly shortly after the wedding took place. “We had a blast. We goofed off for three days, and the Full House family, I mean, they’re family.”
