Beyoncé is known for her grandiose surprises, and she stayed true to that on the final stop of her Formation World Tour. The entertainer surprised the crowd at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, with a series of guest appearances during a two-plus-hour concert on Friday, October 7.

Less than 10 minutes into the show, Beyoncé, 35, cut the music and told the audience that it was “a special night” as Serena Williams rose onto the stage while sitting on a throne. The duo then re-created one of the many memorable scenes from the singer’s “Sorry” music video, in which the tennis pro, 35, twerked in a black bodysuit alongside her pal.

Later in the evening, Beyoncé treated the Beyhive to another surprise when she brought out her husband, Jay Z, to perform their 2013 collaboration “Drunk in Love.” Halfway through his verse, the rapper, 46, stumbled on the lyrics as his wife lovingly laughed at the blunder.

At the end of the song, Queen Bey wrapped her arms around the hip-hop star before leaning in for a sweet kiss.

Beyoncé also invited Kendrick Lamar on stage for a powerful performance of their song “Freedom.” The musicians splashed around a giant lap pool on the catwalk of the stage while chanting the final verse of the anthemic tune, which they previously performed together at the 2016 BET Awards.

Throughout the night, the Grammy winner also treated the sold-out crowd to the first-ever performance of her Lemonade track “6 Inch,” in addition to new video interludes and stunning yellow costumes.

Following an encore performance of “Halo,” which included a brief fireworks display, Beyoncé thanked her fans and crew before giving one final message: “Until next tour!”
