Boom, roasted! Blake Lively couldn’t help but poke fun at husband Ryan Reynolds on Valentine’s Day, of all days. The couple, known for hilariously trolling one another on social media, did not disappoint in their latest endeavors.

It all started when Reynolds, 41, shared a photo of himself at the gym via Instagram, pretending to be using his phone. “Ten minutes into writing an email to my mom, when I realized there was no phone in my hand,” the Deadpool actor captioned the photo on Wednesday, February 14.

Soon after, the Gossip Girl alum, 30, took to the comments to tease her man. “Why won’t this damn app swipe right?!?!!” she wrote, to which Reynolds quipped back, “Because it’s the E-Harmony app.”

Lively kept the amusing interaction alive by asking The Proposal actor a very specific request. “Can you show me how to download that? Ever since Ashley Madison closed I’ve been so lonely,” she said of the married dating site whose motto reads, “Life is short, have an affair.”

Before things got too far, Reynolds wrapped up the exchange: “Awww. Happy Valentine’s Day.”

Earlier in the day, the Green Lantern actor took to the photo and video sharing platform to show off a slightly questionable edible arrangement he made for Lively in the spirit of the holiday. “I baked this cake for my wife,” he wrote alongside a picture of himself propping up a heart-shaped treat. “The icing is glue, ‘cause I’m not a scientist.”

The Shallows actress most recently trolled Reynolds in October 2017, when she posted a photo of Ryan Gosling via Instagram on Reynolds’ birthday. Lively’s prank came shortly after Reynolds pulled a similar stunt on her birthday in August of that year. “Happy birthday to my amazing wife,” the Life actor captioned a photo of himself next to Lively, who is almost entirely cropped out of the frame.

The comical pair tied the knot in September 2012 on a plantation in South Carolina. They share two daughters together, James, 3, and Ines, 1.
