New couple alert? Britney Spears stepped out for a dinner date with Sam Asghari, her hunky costar from her new “Slumber Party” music video, on Saturday, November 26.
The Persian fitness model shared a sweet Instagram photo that showed him cozying up to the pop superstar, 34, while out at a restaurant. In the photo, Asghari’s muscular arms are on full display as Spears playfully sticks out her tongue and nuzzles up to his shoulder while wearing a matching black T-shirt.
Asghari captioned the post with sushi, shrimp and rice emojis, hinting that the pair enjoyed a Japanese dinner. One fan commented on the post: “You totally are banging! Lol.” Asghari later deleted the photo from his Instagram account, but a screengrab of the post quickly recirculated on social media.
As fans know, the personal trainer (who also starred in Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home”) played Spears’ mysterious tuxedo-clad love interest in her “Slumber Party” music video, which was released on November 18. In the video, the singer follows the model around a mansion before crawling across a dinner table and seductively licking up some of his spilled milk.
Asghari previously told men’s self-improvement website MSi College that he was “a very shy person growing up” before entering the spotlight. “I’ve learned that there’s nothing a woman likes more than a confident man, not too cocky, just a very humble gentleman,” he told the site. “No girl I know likes cocky.”
The “Gimme More” singer, however, recently said she has no interest in playing the dating game at the moment. “A lot of men are about games,” she said on The Jonathan Ross Show last month. “It’s just the mind game with guys, the calling back and texting. It’s just too much, it’s silly. Actually, I’m not looking for men right now, I’m really happy with myself.”
Spears was previously married to childhood pal Jason Alexander and backup dancer Kevin Federline, with whom she shares sons Sean Preston, 11, and Jayden James, 10.
