Bruce Willis’ daughter Tallulah Willis had her father by her side when she married now-husband Justin Acee on Saturday, August 8.
“A tender moment with my dad and Justin at the start of wedding weekend,” Tallulah, 32, captioned a photo shared with Vogue on Friday, August 14, in which she gave Bruce, 71, a sweet hug before walking down the aisle.
In the black-and-white image, Bruce wore a brimmed hat, a short-sleeve button-down shirt and pants during a candid moment with his daughter and new son-in-law.
Tallulah, one of Bruce’s three daughters with ex-wife Demi Moore, married Acee on Saturday at her family’s home in Hailey, Idaho.
“It’s the place where I learned to run free and be the dreamer that I am today,” Tallulah told Vogue of her ceremony venue. “Justin and I have spent so much time up there that even though it has such emotional pull for me, he feels very much a part of the fabric of the property. We toyed with the idea of making it simple and eloping, but deep down, I really loved the chance to be an eleganza.”
In addition to Bruce, Tallulah’s wedding guests included mom Moore, 63, and her sisters, Rumer, 37, and Scout, 35. Moore and Scout also signed Tallulah and Acee’s marriage license as the two witnesses — just one of the mother of the bride’s duties on the big day.
“My body froze as I looked instantly at the front row and saw my mom smiling like the cat that got the canary,” Tallulah recalled of her walk down the aisle. “I couldn’t believe my ears as a single guitar riff filled the surrounding speakers, and Chris Martin’s soulful voice followed elegantly. The first line of the song was, ‘Tallulah and Justin, walking down the aisle.’ My jaw dropped open, as I have deeply loved Coldplay since I was in middle school.”
She continued, “My mom pulled off something incredible by facilitating this surprise, this gift, and Justin and I started laughing out of pure bliss. I will never forget that moment.”
After the Coldplay surprise, Tallulah and Acee celebrated with their loved ones with a reception held on the Idaho property.
“I am overwhelmed with gratitude and delight to begin this next chapter,” the bride gushed. “The wedding was more than my wildest dreams.”
Bruce was married to the Substance actress from 1987 to 2000. The Die Hard star later moved on with wife Emma Heming Willis, with whom he shares two daughters. The Moore-Willis family announced in 2022 that Bruce had been diagnosed with aphasia and later frontotemporary dementia, forcing him to retire from Hollywood after four decades.
