Calabasas Confidential star Dylan Wolf is clearing the air on his romance with Bunnie Xo after the pair were spotted out and about.
“I think the air is pretty clear,” Wolf, 24, exclusively told Us at the Blue Jacket Fashion Show presented by Johnson & Johnson on Tuesday, September 29. “You know, having the time of my life with an amazing person, and I’m just happy that I’m here and get to be here.”
Wolf shared that he was “definitely caught by surprise” by the twosome’s connection, which he called “super real.”
“I’m happy,” he told Us at the W Hollywood. “I’m happy in this chapter of my life, and I hope it doesn’t change anytime soon.”
Wolf and Bunnie, 46, have been linked since earlier this summer, when the pair were spotted making out at Jelly Roll’s bar in Nashville during the 4th of July weekend. The outing came one month after news broke that Bunnie (real name Alyssa DeFord) and Jelly Roll, 41, had quietly filed for divorce. The exes, who wed in 2016, finalized their divorce in July.
After the PDA-filled night, Bunnie shared on an episode of her podcast that Jelly Roll is unbothered. (Bunnie did not refer to Wolf by name in the episode.)
“He gets it,” Bunnie said on a July episode of her “Dumb Blonde” podcast. “Not an issue at all. What the issue is, you’re trying to just move on from your life, and people are videoing you for clout. … You’re literally videoing a woman who’s trying to move on with her life and has been through hell this entire f***ing year, and it’s like, you couldn’t just for one second let her just have a moment?”
Bunnie has since defended her budding romance with Wolf after social media users commented on the pair’s two-decade age gap.
“Hey guys, I’m having fun & he gave me my smile back 💞,” Bunnie replied in the comments section of a September 20 TikTok video with Wolf. “Ya girl is living her best life — let meeeee k thanks byeeeee.”
As a newfound reality star, Wolf shared with Us that he’s been enjoying the ride.
“Every day it’s something new, and I have found myself somewhere, and I’m so happy, and it’s just been great this far,” he said on Tuesday. “You know, I’m sure you guys have seen.”
Despite his busy schedule, Wolf managed to find time to support men’s health for the Blue Jacket Fashion Show presented by Johnson & Johnson.
“We’re here. Men’s health is super important. I’ve always been an advocate and stood for it,” he told Us. “I’ve gone through it myself, and, you know, it’s only right that I’m here to spread the awareness.”
