The rumored new couple were photographed leaving Soho House in West Hollywood, where they got a bite to eat with some of the Scottish DJ’s friends. After their meal, Harris, 32, and Tinashe, 23, left the restaurant together in his black Range Rover.
The “How Deep Is Your Love” producer and the “All Hands on Deck” singer kept it casual for the quiet supper. He rocked a grey T-shirt and dark pants, while she wore a white T-shirt and a white baseball cap.
Thursday night wasn’t the duo’s first outing together. As Us Weekly previously reported, the pair got together earlier this month because Tinashe “wanted to talk music, but Calvin is so into her and she thinks he’s cute,” a source told Us, adding, “It’s very, very early and we’ll see where it goes, but they are both into each other.”
Harris and Tinashe first met in 2014 when they were reportedly writing songs together for Rihanna. They later collaborated on two tracks of their own, “5 AM” and “Dollar Signs.”
Earlier this week, the R&B songstress dropped her new single, “Superlove.” She later opened up about the inspiration behind the summer-friendly retro jam during an interview with Fuse.
“It’s about that, when you first fall for someone and you feel super crazy, like you kinda lost your mind a little bit because you’re super into them,” she explained to the news outlet on July 15. “That’s the energy that I want to have all summer. Just fun, over-the-top happiness.
Harris recently made headlines after he slammed ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift for trying to make him “look bad” after it was revealed that she helped pen his recent hit “This Is What You Came For.” In a series of July 13 tweets, he wrote, “I figure if you’re happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do.”
The EDM producer and “Shake It Off” singer split on June 1, just two weeks before she started dating new beau Tom Hiddleston.
