TMI, mama! First-time mom Chrissy Teigen took to Twitter on Wednesday, April 20, to make an unusual comment about diapers one week after giving birth to daughter Luna.
“No one told me I would be coming home in diapers too,” the 30-year-old model quipped.
A few minutes later, she added another thought into the mix: “I just realized that when Luna’s teacher asks how many legs a dog has, she will really not be sure.”
Teigen and her husband, John Legend, have excitedly been sharing tidbits of their home life with fans in the days since welcoming their first child to the world on April 14.
On Tuesday, April 19, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model shared the first look at the tiny infant in an adorable snapshot of herself cuddling with their bundle of joy.
“Hi my lulu!” she captioned the picture.
One day later, proud papa Legend, 37, got in on the game, sharing a cute photo of Luna sitting pretty on her mom’s lap and looking like the perfect blend of the photogenic pair.
Teigen later reposted the photo with a heart eyes emoji.
The couple announced their daughter’s arrival last October with an Instagram that mentioned their difficulty getting pregnant.
“John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant,” Teigen captioned a sweet black-and-white snapshot of the couple. “As many of you know, we’ve been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn’t been easy, but we kept trying because we can’t wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family. … I look forward to all the belly touching!”
