RIP BlackBerry Bold. Kim Kardashian‘s beloved BlackBerry smartphone died, and Chrissy Teigen did what any true friend would do: She sent her condolence flowers.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 35, announced the sad news on Twitter on Thursday, August 4. “Sooo my blackberry bold died. I can’t find anymore on eBay. I knew this day would come & to be honest I’m prepared. But the question is … Do I try a different kind of blackberry? Or ditch it all together? Or a different phone like Samsung? I need 2 phones. Because I love having 2 different phone services so I always have a working phone,” she explained of why she needs an iPhone and another device.
The mobile game mogul has previously admitted she loves the now-quaint physical keyboard on her BlackBerry. “It’s my heart and soul. I love it. I’ll never get rid of it,” she said at the Code/Mobile conference, according to CNN. “I have anxiety that I’ll run out and I won’t be able to have a BlackBerry and it will go extinct.”

It looks like that day has finally come, since the BlackBerry Bold has been discontinued. Luckily, Teigen was there for support as Kardashian coped with the demise of her out-of-date device.
“You guys, how thoughtful is Chrissy? She sent me this floral arrangement, she just gets me,” the reality star said on Snapchat, while showing off a gorgeous pink and white bouquet.

The LOL-worthy card from the supermodel, 30, read: “I’m so sorry for your loss. I know how much you loved your BB. You were both very lucky to have each other and you will always have the memories. Xoxo Chrissy.”
When a fan on Twitter said they needed a good friend like Teigen, Kardashian replied, “She really is the best!!! She understands my pain.”
Last month, the ladies opened up about their friendship in an “Inner Circle” video on Kardashian’s app, and they revealed they bonded over a trip to the bathroom. The two stars were dining at STK restaurant, and Teigen was totally nervous about their first outing together. “You made me feel so much better because we went to the bathroom and you had me zip you up,” the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model said. “I was like, ‘Oh my gosh. She has Spanx on. She’s cool. She’s normal.’”
