Nearly three weeks after Kim Scott was hospitalized following a suicide attempt, records obtained exclusively by Us reveal that local police received 10 emergency calls involving Eminem’s ex-wife in the last two years.
So far, in 2026 alone, the Chesterfield Township Police Department has already been called four times to Kim’s Michigan residence, including another incident in which officers were forced to perform CPR on the former Mrs. Mathers.
On April 1, officers were dispatched to Kim’s home at 11:26 a.m. after receiving a call for an “unconscious and unresponsive” adult female. When law enforcement arrived, Eminem’s ex was on the couch and “not moving,” according to the police report.
They checked her neck and wrist for a pulse but “did not feel one.” One officer noted he observed her chest rise and fall “in a breathing manner” and started doing CPR. Kim, 51, “awoke, swatted at me and went unconscious again,” according to the officer’s notes.
When the fire department arrived and started assessing her, police claimed Kim was “unresponsive until she was placed in the back of the ambulance where she was awake and had a full conversation.”
According to the report, a friend named Suzanne made the 911 call. She claimed Kim had been in an argument with one of her children prior to the incident. (Kim has one biological daughter with Eminem, Hailie Jade Scott. The former couple adopted niece Alaina Marie Scott, who is the daughter of Kim’s late twin sister, Dawn. Kim is also a mom to child Stevie Laine Scott from a previous relationship, who was later adopted by Eminem, as well as a son named Parker from a previous relationship.)
Another person in the home told police he was asleep and didn’t hear anything until Suzanne “started screaming because she could not wake Kimberly up.”
Two months later, on June 24 at 2:37 p.m., the Chesterfield Township police showed up at Kim’s home again with a warrant for her arrest after she reportedly missed a court date, but were unable to make contact with her.
On September 21, the roles were reversed, with Kim calling 911 at 4:08 p.m. to report her then-15-year-old son took off running without his shoes and had allegedly “bashed his head into the car window” before jumping through yards. Minutes later, he was allegedly spotted with a shovel and gardening tool in his hands. The teen was eventually taken home and evaluated by first responders.
In July 2025, police were called twice in one day for incidents involving Kim.
Records obtained by Us show that at 2:40 p.m., she dialed 911 to report that her teenage son had left her home without his phone and that she couldn’t find him. Nearly 20 minutes later, he was located walking back home.
At around 9:15 pm, however, someone reported a female “passed out” in a 2021 white Range Rover in Kim’s driveway. The caller believed she “may be intoxicated.” When her son came out to check on her, she didn’t get up, according to the report.
Twenty minutes later, an officer arrived at Kim’s home and observed the car in the driveway, but no one was inside. They made contact with Kim at the front door, and she told police that no assistance was needed.
Cops were called another four times in 2024, including for a health and safety check on Kim when Stevie Laine, 24, called police after receiving texts from Kim who was no longer responding to phone calls and messages. (Stevie came out as nonbinary in 2021 and uses all pronouns.)
On October 19, 2024, the Chesterfield Township Police Department responded to Kim’s home just before 7:30 p.m. with her then 22-year-old child revealing to officers that Kim “may be in possession of narcotics.”
Responding officers tried calling Kim and ringing her doorbell, but were unable to make contact with her. When police peered through the windows, they noted that all the lights were on but there was no sign of Kim.
While cops were at the scene, Stevie received a text message from someone named Christie who cautioned that officers needed to get access to Kim’s residence “now,” noting that Kim “has had enough.”
Christie had a key to Kim’s home and let officers inside, where they located Kim “in the basement sleeping.”
According to the report, “Kimberly advised she had a lot to drink but would not specify. Kimberly advised she had taken [redacted], which was prescribed to her.”
When the ambulance arrived at the scene, they performed a medical check on Kim, who appeared to have rejected further treatment, per the officer’s notes. Responding personnel determined she was able to answer basic, daily questions and cleared the scene.
Later that month, Christie called 911 at 6:41 a.m., with no other detailed information provided in the record.
Two more instances happened in 2024, including a “911 hang up” on March 25. The caller was not identified, but when the operator called back, the female stated that “her son threw her phone” and that she did not want the police department to respond. “She was advised to call back if [police department] was needed,” the report read.
On September 18, 2024, records show that a School Resource Officer (SRO) called police to report that a female high school student “hasn’t been in school for a week and the school’s phone numbers aren’t working.” Officers ended up at Kim’s home looking for the teen.
“This is Kim Mathers residence and is supposed to be her aunt,” the report stated.
Kim informed officers that she had spoken to the high school student the night before and the teen was staying at a house in Roseville, Michigan. Kim also claimed the girl was “still staying” at that home. Police were provided with the address of the Roseville residence and the teenager’s phone number. The report did not state whether they got a hold of or located the student.
The former wife of rapper Eminem (real name: Marshall Mathers) recently made headlines after she rushed to a hospital near her home on July 11, following a 911 call about a woman “bleeding” at the residence.
A dispatcher described the incident as a “suicide attempt” and requested assistance from emergency services workers because Kimwas possibly “unconscious.” Kim was ultimately escorted out of her home on a stretcher to receive emergency treatment.
Us obtained the police report detailing a chaotic scene when first responders showed up at Kim’s home.
Officers located Kim in the basement and noted she was in an “extremely hostile” state, describing her as “irate and combative.”
According to the report, Kim was only wearing underwear and a bra — and repeatedly refused to put on clothes or let officers cover her up.
At one point, Kim allegedly pushed an officer. When they attempted to handcuff her, she began “pulling away, tensing up and attempting to get away” but fell into a bunch of boxes, taking officers down with her.
She then proceeded to bite an officer in the arm, leaving the other to tase Kim on her left thigh before handcuffing and strapping her to a gurney, according to the police report.
Kim also found herself in trouble with the law in May when she was arrested for DUI after blowing two times the legal limit, TMZ reported. She was booked on a suspected DUI charge, seemingly missing her scheduled court date the following month, which resulted in the arrest warrant. As stated previously, Us has learned that police were unable to make contact with Kim when they arrived at her home to serve the warrant.
Earlier that month, Kim pleaded no contest in a separate DUI-related case from February.
