Diddy’s new prison faced allegations of sexual assault and “extensive” strip searches on inmates before his transfer last week.

Us has obtained a string of unearthed lawsuits — which have since been dismissed — connected with FCI Allenwood Low in Pennsylvania, in which one inmate accused a correctional officer of sexually assaulting him on three separate occasions and claimed the warden “failed to prevent further assaults through deliberate indifference.”

According to the inmate, who Us chose not to name, the first alleged assault happened in October 2016, when the officer “singled him out and pretended to pat him down” after he left the cafeteria. During the alleged interaction, the officer “grabbed [the inmate’s] genitals while smiling and asking, ‘You like that?’” the lawsuit read.

The inmate said he did not reply and felt “humiliated” — but the alleged incidents didn’t stop there.

Two weeks later, the incarcerated individual said he was assaulted again. During this alleged interaction, the same prison guard purportedly “started to squeeze and rub [the inmate’s genitals] against his hands while asking [the inmate], ‘What is this in your pocket?'”

The officer allegedly claimed he thought the prisoner was trying to smuggle food out of the cafeteria. When the inmate told the guard he felt “assaulted and harassed,” the officer purportedly responded, “You haven’t seen anything yet.”

In the lawsuit obtained by Us, the prisoner claimed he reported the “aggressive repetitive sexual abuse” to Allenwood’s then-warden in a confidential email on November 2, 2016. He alleged the warden responded that he would look into it, but he “never heard back.”

That same day, the inmate claimed three officers handcuffed him and threw him in Allenwood’s Special Housing Unit (SHU), where he was allegedly “stripped naked with no clothes or underwear for 30 minutes in the holding cell” as several guards passed by laughing.

On November 9, 2016, the prison’s Secret Investigation Services questioned him about the allegations but later sided with the guard, who denied the accusations. The inmate was then ordered back to the prison’s general population but refused to go because he was afraid “for his life” and scared “to face his assailant,” per the lawsuit.

On December 1, 2016, he claimed he was assaulted for the third time by the same officer.

The guard “grabbed, squeezed, and rubbed [the inmate’s] genitals and said, ‘You like that?’” before he allegedly “forced his fingers into [the inmate’s] anus, saying, ‘How about this?'”

After he reported the incident to the warden once again, the prisoner claimed he was “forced to sleep on a cold steel metal bunk in below freezing temperatures for six months” and denied appropriate clothing during winter months.

The inmate said as a result of the alleged assaults and aftermath, he suffered “mental anguish” from flashbacks and possible post-traumatic stress disorder. He also claimed that he had recurring nightmares of the alleged attacks, which made him “cry out in distress during the night.”

After a grueling appeal process in which his claims were repeatedly dismissed, the case closed on August 21, 2024, when the appeals court agreed with the lower court’s ruling and dismissed it.

Another lawsuit revealed four other inmates sued a different warden from Allenwood and its regional director in 2018 for “abuse of authority,” claiming they were victims of “extensive” strip searches.

According to the docs obtained by Us, the four prisoners claimed they were forced to strip “4 to 5 times a day, then go through a full body scanner,” which exposed them to radiation.

The inmates said Allenwood officials gave strip searches “without probable cause or reason to believe that any contraband, dangerous material or incriminating objects or weapons would be found.”

They also accused officials of “threatening” to lock inmates up in SHU if they refused to participate in the prison’s Gate Pass system, a program in which inmates are required to perform jobs such as maintenance, groundskeeping, warehouse or stationary engineering duties.

Despite their claims, the court dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice on November 23, 2020.

These disturbing allegations came to light following Page Six’s report that Allenwood had previously been accused of “inhumane” treatment of inmates and faced a separate criminal case involving an alleged plot by inmates to attack other prisoners.

Diddy, 56, served part of his 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey before transferring to FCI Allenwood Low last week. In 2025, the disgraced rapper was convicted of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was acquitted on other charges pertaining to racketeering and sex trafficking and has maintained his innocence throughout the legal battle.

He is expected to be released from prison in March 2028.
