It’s safe to assume that Richard Madden is not a fan of Cara Delevingne’s. The Game of Thrones alum, 29, called the supermodel-turned-actress, 22, “ungrateful” following her now viral cringeworthy July interview with Good Day Sacramento.
"It was unprofessional,” the Scottish actor, who played King of the North Robb Stark, told Style magazine of Delevingne’s disastrous interview. "It made her seem ungrateful. She showed her age. For Cinderella, I did six weeks of those interviews, where you get asked the same eight questions."
Madden even suggested that fellow Brit Delevingne shouldn’t quit her day job as a model. “If you’re not capable of doing that gracefully, then don’t do it,” he continued.
In case you missed it, Delevingne’s interview for the movie based on author Jon Green’s best-selling novel went viral after she sarcastically answered somewhat patronizing questions during the news show’s live telecast. At the end of the chat, the anchors told her to “take a little nap” and “maybe get a Red Bull” after she said she was just tired.
The model, for her part, defended herself on Twitter following the incident “Some people just don't understand sarcasm or the British sense of humour,” the Burberry spokeswoman wrote.
There’s at least one Brit who clearly disagrees!
