The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office is reviewing whether to file rape charges against Salling, whom the 22-year-old alleged victim claims forced himself on her approximately four years ago, according to the site.
The unidentified accuser claims she was dating the troubled actor for a few months when they went into a room to have sex. She then changed her mind and told him, "I can't do this," but he refused to stop, TMZ reported, citing a police report that was filed in April 2016.
Salling — who played Noah "Puck" Puckerman on Glee from 2009 to 2015 — was arrested in his home in Los Angeles in December 2015 on suspicion of possessing thousands of child pornography photos and videos. In May, he was indicted on two child porn charges and was subsequently cut from the cast of the forthcoming miniseries Adi Shankar's Gods and Secrets. Salling pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The TV star was also accused of forcing unprotected sex on his ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela in a January 2013 lawsuit. The suit was eventually settled in March 2015 after Salling paid Gorzela more than $2.7 million, TMZ reported at the time.
"My son's nanny told me about it when the story broke," she wrote in the book. "I can't say I was totally shocked, but still — WTF? Then I had no doubt that God really did have my back along the way."
