Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have reached a settlement in their divorce, a source confirms to Us Weekly.
The former couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement prior to their September 2002 wedding, therefore making both parties legally entitled to equal halves of the money they made throughout their 13-year marriage.
However, the Bush rocker, 50, has agreed to an unequal split of earned assets, with Stefani, 46, walking away with more money. The parents of sons Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2, will also share 50-50 joint custody of their kids. Making matters better for the former No Doubt frontwoman? Rossdale hasn’t asked for child support.
While Rossdale has made this part of their split a little easier for the “Make Me Like You” singer, Stefani admitted that thinking about the end of their relationship is still tough.
“It’s still painful. I’m looking at the pieces and going, ‘What is happening?’” she confessed during an April 4 appearance on Good Morning America. “There’s so many great things, but it’s still super-hard to have your family break up. What do you do after that? Here we are, we’re doing it.”

As Us Weekly previously reported, Stefani started dating her fellow Voice coach Blake Shelton shortly after calling it quits with Rossdale in August 2015. Shelton, 39, went through a divorce with ex-wife Miranda Lambert last summer as well. Stefani believes bonding with the country crooner over their public breakups “saved” her.
“I think that when you go through what I went through, or what I’m still going through, you think you’re hopeless. You don’t know what’s going to happen,” she told Refinery29 back in March. “You panic. It was a really super-unexpected gift to find a friend, somebody who happened to be going through the exact same thing as me, literally mirroring my experience. I don’t think it’s an accident that that happened. It saved me.”
Indeed, things are going well for Stefani and Shelton. A source tells the latest issue of Us Weekly that “Blake could propose to Gwen very soon. She is everything he wants.”
