The blogs were abuzz over the weekend after new photos surfaced of a bikini-clad Jennifer Aniston celebrating her upcoming 41st birthday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with pals Courteney Cox, David Arquette and Sheryl Crow (with whom she shares a Feb. 11 birth date).
Also spotted sunbathing: Her Bounty Hunter costar Gerard Butler, 39.
"Gerard is known as a bit of a player, but what do you think — does Jennifer bringing Gerard to Mexico convince you that they're romantic?" says PopSugar.
HollywoodLife writes that "even though they didn’t get cozy for the cameras, we can't help but think the run-in was intentional."
Romance rumors began last year – as the two shot The Bounty Hunter – but reignited in January after the stars acted flirty at the Golden Globes Awards, where they posed for a slew of photos together.
Of course, it could all be a show to drum publicity for The Bounty Hunter, out March 19.
