Where all the stars collide! Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult reunited at the 73rd annual Golden Globes Sunday, January 10, but the exes showed nothing but love for each other as they chatted away during a commercial break.
“Yes, that’s JLaw talking to ex Nicholas Hoult during the first commercial break. #GoldenGlobes,” Los Angeles Times reporter Amy Kaufman tweeted with a photo of the pair.
Lawrence, 25, and Hoult, 26, dated on and off for several years after meeting on the set of X-Men: First Class in 2011. The couple split briefly in 2013, but gave their relationship another go before finally calling it quits for good in the summer of 2014.
The couple have remained friendly, however, since parting ways — though there have been ups and downs along the way.
In November, the Joy actress opened up about how she went through a tough time initially after their split.
“These movies had been my life for so long and they had to come first in everything,” the Oscar winner told Diane Sawyer in an interview. “I was also in a relationship with somebody for five years and that was my life. So my life was this person and these movies, and we broke up around the same time that I wrapped those movies. Being 24 was this whole year of, Who am I without these movies? Who am I without this man?”
Lawrence dated Coldplay singer Chris Martin on and off before finally pulling the plug on their relationship in July.
